What is the point in having lifeguards if all they are going to do is tell you every few seconds to literally follow your 7 year old EXPERIENCED swimmer around the pool? Just because my Niece is shorter doesn’t mean she can’t swim!! To literally tell her to stand next to me is absurd!!!! I am all for watching my child, but to repeatedly be told to literally be on her butt is insane and ruins the whole pool experience. This was our first time at Hamilton, we will never come back. I’ll drive to summit. They are way more nice. Especially the teen lifeguards! We should not have to literally hold the blue wrist band child hands! Babies yes, Kids NO!

A pool is supposed to be a fun thing to do for kids. My kids were not allowed to do anything but pretty much just stand in the water. They were not allowed to splash each other which is ridiculous! It’s a pool. Then with the whirl pool and lazy river completely gone it was an even bigger inconvenience. This pool is no longer any fun we will not be going back. Mesquite pool is better!

Pool was incredibly crowded. The water was murky and too warm. I was kicked out of lap swim for practicing artistic swimming, which has never been a problem at any other pool. I will absolutely not be returning. I would recommend Mesquite Groves over this facility.

Please apply common sense. There are entirely too many rules now. (I know there was an incident) But my daughter knows how to swim and passed the swim test. She is 47 3/4 inches tall and has been on the water slides in years past with no issue. Now she’s unable to go on the water slides even after passing the swim test. And you don’t log who passes the swim test so she would have to test every time we go?! Also my 16 year old shouldn’t have to pass a swim test to jump off the diving boards. He’s 16. Chandler pools went from no rules to too many. You over corrected. We even saw a life guard put teens in time out for 10 minutes for splashing each other… There needs to be some common sense applied here. At a certain age there should be no swim test. And if a child passes the swim test, that should unlock being able to go down the waterslides.

I took my son here over the summer. It’s $2.25 for adults and $1.00 for kids. That’s super cheap and you’re not going to beat that anywhere else. They have 2 water slides, a whirlpool, diving boards, and of course a lazy river. My son had a blast here and we spent about 2-3 hours doing everything this place had to offer. I got here at 5pm and it wasn’t too busy which was really convenient. My recommendation would be to bring some drinks & snacks if you plan on being here a while. Overall this place was great and my son and I will definitely be coming back here again soon.
